Mo, I really appreciate the practical application for each personality pattern. That is usually the biggest challenge for me. Folks always say, "This is what you need to do" but they don't say how. Thank you for that. Seriously. I leave many events trying to figure out how to do all the things folks say we need. Not with this one. Very helpful.

"It changed my whole perception on how I'm supposed to feel about things"

—  Emily W.

"I sought out this type of coaching to help me work through my issues with confidence and "not feeling worthy". It was also important to me to be able to convey feeling that I do belong in a professional environment. The biggest change for me was being able to identify moments when I am the one bringing myself down. I was surprised how easily I could pick out the negative talk when looking at it from someone else's view, my self-talk is strong it can really make or break me. I considered recommending this to my daughter, I think it would benefit her so much. She falls into the same traps that I do with negative self-talk and I think she would really benefit from working through it with you."

— Shani J.

"When I first was led to Mo for Confidence Coaching, I was tired of being stagnant. I was hoping to learn to trust again so that I could confidently and boldly do what God has called me to do instead of allowing self-doubt and fear to hold me back. I really benefited from the ability to walk through the actual thoughts and fears within each session that was hindering me while Mo helped me to re-frame the way I was thinking about things. Her perspective really allowed me to see that a simple shift in my perspective would remove the blocks previously blinding me to offer the wisdom God's been trying to give to me the entire time."

It can be. I’ve worked with clients whose employers provided a personal development allowance or employee enrichment stipend that paid for their coaching program (this would be different from tuition assistance/reimbursement). Start by checking with your HR/employee retention department to find out what opportunities are available to you.

If I work with you can my Coaching be covered by my employer?

Congratulations on getting therapy! I’m not a therapist, so my work doesn’t focus on diagnosing and treating mental disorders. I’m here to support you with activating your confidence so you can do things like set and honor boundaries, kick fear out of the driver’s seat, identify and handle imposter syndrome, choose yourself, and not let others dictate your life. I like to think that coaching can be the icing on the cake that therapy bakes. I’ve been known to refer potential coaching clients to therapy BEFORE they work with me because it’s important to approach your coaching program from a place of physical, emotional, and mental safety.

I’m already seeing a therapist; why do I need a coach too?

In my opinion, yes there is a difference. In a mentoring relationship, the mentor has all the answers. When you’re in a coaching relationship with me I’m not the expert on you; my job is to support you in discovering the answers that are already in you. I’m going to ask questions to draw information out and invite you to consider other perspectives and ways of thinking about your life.

Is there a difference between coaching and mentoring?

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nurturing experience. Whether you join our membership community or work with me one-on-one, my goal is to help you identify the areas YOU want to focus on empowering yourself in and provide the tools and community to help you do it.

I’ve never worked with a Coach before, what should I expect?

Nope! Confidence doesn’t show up looking a certain way; it’s about having your own back knowing that you can trust yourself. You can totally be (and do) that as an introvert.

I’m an introvert; do I have to become extroverted to feel more confident?
