Full Body Workouts to bring your Sexy Back

For those that don’t already know, one of the four tenets of The Confetti Collective is health and wellness. On our quest to be a hair, beauty and fashion resource, we want you to be your healthiest self as well. With this being the fourth day of 2014, we know that some of our readers are trying to figure out how to ease back into a fitness routine, and we want to help.


We’ve compiled a list of some our favorite total body workouts, many don’t require any  special equipment (dumbbells can be substituted with gallon water jugs), and can be done in the comfort of your home.

We don’t want anyone to believe that spending a lot of money is the only way to health and wellness, but we do want you to know that living your healthiest self is indeed priceless.

Regular physical activity is one of the BEST things you can do for your health. Exercise helps you control your weight, reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease, strengthens bones and muscles, and increases your chances of living longer. As far as we’re concerned, that’s pretty sexy 😉
